For an international company we are looking for a visual designer. The visual designer will join the user experience team, which is at the forefront of product design and innovation, and has an absolute commitment to delivering the best possible user experiences. He or she can translate the brand identity into a vision for the visual design of the UI of products and services, which will find positive response in the target group. The visual designer understands the capabilities and constraints of computer graphics and platforms. He or she takes overall responsibility for the UI visual design of PND’s, desktop and/or web applications. The designer is passionate about creating aesthetic and engaging visual designs that clearly communicate the brand identity and contribute to the overall ease-of-use of products & services. He or she collaborates and aligns with other teams, both within and outside the department, to achieve the goals of user experience. He or she is an expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and has great sketching skills. At least 5 years of experience designing graphics for digital products. MA/MS in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field. Offered is a fulltime position in the heart of Amsterdam.
